Harry Kane Open to Bayern Munich Contract Extension

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has expressed strong satisfaction with life at the club and signaled his openness to extending his current contract, which runs until June 2027.
In an interview published on Tuesday, the England captain reflected positively on his 2023 move from Tottenham Hotspur, stating that joining Bayern has been the right decision both professionally and personally. Kane has scored 31 goals in the Bundesliga this season, placing him among the league’s top scorers and helping Bayern maintain pressure at the top of the table.
The 32-year-old confirmed that initial talks about a possible contract extension are expected to take place soon. “I’m very happy here,” Kane said. “The club has been great to me and my family. When the time is right, we’ll sit down and discuss the future.”
Kane’s comments come amid recent speculation linking him with a potential move to Barcelona, rumors he effectively dismissed by emphasizing his commitment to Bayern’s long-term project under Vincent Kompany.
Since arriving in Munich for a reported €100 million plus add-ons, Kane has scored 80 goals in 86 appearances across all competitions and won the Bundesliga Golden Boot in his debut campaign. Bayern remain keen to secure the long-term future of their record signing.
